Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Verify and input employee time cards, leaves, and overtime data accurately.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll tax reports, W-2s, and quarterly filings.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll history in the HRIS database.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding pay and deductions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of FLSA, state wage laws, and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
