Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees using [Software Name, e.g., ADP or QuickBooks].
  • Calculate wages, deductions, tax withholdings, and benefits contributions with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute pay stubs, direct deposit confirmations, and year-end tax forms (W-2s and 1099s).

Qualifications
