Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for tax withholdings, benefits, and deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with banking institutions
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA regulations
- Generate payroll reports for auditors and executive leadership
- Support year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s) and internal audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with Georgia state tax regulations
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion
