Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and maintain accurate tax deductions, garnishments, and benefits deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Onboard new hires with payroll documentation and setup
- Respond to payroll inquiries within 24 hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of Virginia payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
