Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage attachments for child support, taxes, and deductions
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payment inquiries
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Generate payroll reports for HR and executive leadership teams
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processing
- Audit timesheets and expense reports for accuracy and policy adherence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in US corporate environment
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and Oklahoma state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing and year-end reconciliations
