Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, deductions, and tax compliance across all 50 states
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and external auditors
- Respond to payroll inquiries with empathy and accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial data
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in multi-state payroll processing
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep understanding of FLSA, IRS, and state labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table experience
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
