Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees
- Calculate and garnish deductions (taxes, benefits, retirement)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Onboard new hires and update payroll records
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping and leave balances
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or Ceridian payroll systems
- Knowledge of FLSA and Oklahoma labor laws
- Associate degree in Accounting/Business preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- CPP certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
