Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP system with 100% accuracy
- Manage tax filings and compliance with federal/state regulations (FL, IRS)
- Administer employee benefits, deductions, and garnishments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for finance leadership
- Support audits and maintain confidential payroll records
- Train junior staff on payroll procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of FL wage laws and FLSA compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
