Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify timekeeping data and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations (FL, FLSA)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Support year-end processing and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience in Florida
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and FL DOR regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
