Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Maintain confidential employee records and timekeeping data
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax filings (W-2, 941)
- Assist with payroll audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years payroll processing experience (ADP/Kronos preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of Texas payroll tax regulations
- PHR/PCIP certification a plus
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
