Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions (taxes, benefits, 401k) with 99.9% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws (CO DOL, FLSA, ACA)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Generate year-end W-2s and 1099s for audited reporting
- Implement new hire onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Collaborate with HR to update employee status changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Expertise in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll platforms
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CO labor regulations and tax codes
- Proven track record in audit preparation and compliance
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems
