Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information and support decision-making.
- Ensure all financial records and reports comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain and update internal financial databases and spreadsheets with high attention to detail.
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate financial performance and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables) is mandatory.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
