Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly with precision.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Process payroll for a small, dynamic team of employees.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
