Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage QuickBooks software and cloud accounting systems
- Support clients with bookkeeping consultations
- Assist during quarterly tax preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Knowledge of sales tax filing procedures
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
