- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction recording and reporting
- Assist with quarterly audits and year-end tax preparations
- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations (CA-specific)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
