- Prepare monthly financial reports for client review

- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily transaction recording
- Communicate financial insights to clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of GAAP and Texas tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Part-time availability (20-25 hours/week)
