Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax submissions
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero/Sage software
- AAT Level 3/4 certification or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client management skills
