- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital ledgers using QuickBooks Online
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable with weekly reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage VAT submissions and HMRC compliance documentation
- Support year-end audits with organized documentation trails
- Implement process improvements for financial workflow efficiency
- Ad hoc financial analysis for business decision support
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience with UK SMEs
- Proven QuickBooks Online/Xero proficiency
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification essential
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
