- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for leadership
- Manage sales tax filings and quarterly remittances across multiple states
- Coordinate year-end audits and provide supporting documentation to external CPAs
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and payroll tax regulations
