- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with precision
- Provide personalized customer service for account inquiries, product information, and problem resolution
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential customer information
- Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and reconcile daily cash balances
- Support branch operations through basic administrative tasks and opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with transaction accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
