Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to 15+ customers daily
- Resolve complex account discrepancies and customer escalations within 24 hours
- Maintain $500K+ cash drawer accountability with daily reconciliation
- Train junior tellers on new protocols and compliance requirements
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and goal-setting
- Implement digital banking solutions for 80% of walk-in customers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cash handling experience in financial services
- SFINA certification or equivalent banking credentials
- Proven ability to achieve 120%+ monthly sales targets
- Expert knowledge of BSA/AML compliance protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with documented case studies
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
