What You Will Do:
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Cash checks and verify identification documents in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with account openings and cross-selling financial products to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and balance the cash drawer daily.
- Adhere to all banking security and compliance policies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous banking or cash handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong math skills and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
