- Process customer transactions with supplied cash drawers, scanners, and verification systems
- Operate provided digital banking tools for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Utilize bank-issued tablets and security equipment for fraud prevention
- Offer personalized financial solutions using our digital consultation tools
- Maintain accurate records using supplied banking software and document scanners
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions using provided counting machines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with supplied digital banking systems and point-of-sale tools
- Strong attention to detail with provided cash handling equipment
- Ability to work with supplied security devices and fraud detection systems
- Excellent communication skills with supplied customer service platforms
- Basic math skills with supplied calculators and counting tools
