Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
- Cash checks and assist with currency exchange.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist with branch operations, including lobby management and answering inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
