Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support strategic business planning and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and KPI dashboards to track performance against organizational goals.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project profitability and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Perform in-depth research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive analysis to provide actionable intelligence.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
