Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Quarterly tax filings and annual W-2/1099 reconciliation
- Lead payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Train HR team on payroll policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent ERP system expertise
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
