Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services (credit cards, loans, accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes efficiently while maintaining professional demeanor
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict security protocols
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and safe deposit services
- Participate in community outreach events representing Pacific Financial Group
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail, hospitality, or banking
- Proficient in basic math, accounting software, and digital banking platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to serve diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
