Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within SLAs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage 3-way matching for procurement transactions
- Maintain accurate AP records in NetSuite ERP
- Collaborate with procurement team on payment terms
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audits with documentation and reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of AP experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with high-volume processing systems
- Certification (AP, CAPP) preferred
