Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with timely invoice management
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA or CMA) preferred
