What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of local and federal tax filings and reports.
- Process payroll for a small team of employees accurately and on time.
- Monitor cash flow and provide monthly financial reporting to the management team.
- Ensure all financial records are organized, secure, and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic macros.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
