Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks and advanced accounting software
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow
- Assist with tax preparation, audits, and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with senior finance professionals on strategic financial planning
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting information systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
