Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage AP/AR processes and optimize cash flow using NetSuite ERP
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic business decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare accurate tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Mentor junior accounting staff and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail accuracy
