Responsibilities
- Process end-of-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts nightly
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Ability to work independently on night shift schedule
