Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end closes
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations across multi-state operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing month-end closing processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and reporting
