Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Assist with month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support audit preparations by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with attention to detail
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises for client portfolios
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction recording
- Participate in continuous improvement of financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
