Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume vendor invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow discounts
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor contract terms
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
