Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for UK entities and Texas subsidiary
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with US tax compliance and multi-currency transactions
- Support month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with US team on financial reporting requirements
- Implement internal controls for cross-border financial processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and US GAAP standards
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Relevant accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
