- Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and accuracy.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure financial data consistency.
- Reporting: Prepare and compile monthly financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Compliance: Assist in maintaining accurate records for audits and ensuring adherence to GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Software Management: Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions to streamline financial processes.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and ensuring timely disbursement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software; advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Certification: CPA or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
