Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax documents and regulatory compliance.
- Assist the Finance Manager with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a part-time or generalist capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
