Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems
- Conduct tax planning and compliance for corporate entities
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Sage, and ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA knowledge
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Oklahoma CPA license required
