Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll
- Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting documentation
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines under pressure
