Responsibilities
- Review and process high-volume invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and answer vendor inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile accounts payable subsidiary ledgers and bank statements.
- Prepare monthly aging reports and assist with month-end close processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during the weekend shift.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles is a plus.
