Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card transactions with precision.
- Process weekly accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of weekly payroll for weekend staff.
- Generate accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Maintain and update the general ledger with weekend transactions.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized, secure, and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
