The Role:
In this role, you will manage financial reporting, oversee general ledger reconciliation, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. You will act as a key partner to department heads, providing insights that drive business strategy.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Assist in the preparation of local, state, and federal tax filings.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
