Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation for 10-15 client accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and sales tax filings for Colorado-based clients
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for small business clients
- Provide financial consulting and budget planning support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Colorado tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
