Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on quarterly reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy in financial reporting
- Valid Ohio CPA license (or actively pursuing)
