Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts in accounting software
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support expense report processing and employee reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
