Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with quarterly audits and year-end financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for diverse clients
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
