Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Reconcile bank statements and AP sub-ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and aging analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
