Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain QuickBooks databases and implement process improvements
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis initiatives
- Coordinate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Generate financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
